Everything you could want to do nearby: beach, fishing, water 
sports, downtown Charleston, Historic Plantations, fabulous 
restaurants, serenity and relaxation. A Folly/Charleston combo 
vacation can't be beat. Best of beach and city vacation all in one. 

This is island living and all its charm. Tranquility and luxury 
combine to ease you into a slower pace of life. Enjoy the natural 
surroundings from the private decks, watch the sunset from a hammock 
swing on the dock, or walk to the beach. Whatever your choice the 
beauty and peace of these surroundings will make your stay 
unforgettable. 

Added niceties like condiments in the fridge, spice rack, coffee 
filters, soap, laundry detergent, etc. Those little things that you 
find in a real home that save you the trouble of having to bring or 
buy them. 

Don't buy or waste car space on beach equipment, baby equipment and 
other vitals. I can arrange rentals for all those bulky items you 
don't want to bring or buy: Everything you need from beach chairs, 
umbrellas, boogie boards, bikes, grills, to baby equipment. Just let 
me know what you need and I'll arrange to have it waiting for you at 
the house. (I can't guarantee these items as they tend to come and 
go).

Folly Beach or the Edge of America, as it is often referred to by 
locals, is 6 miles of sandy beach that is perfect for swimming, 
surfing, shelling, boating, parasailing or bike riding. The 1000 Ft 
fishing pier provides a perfect place to view the ocean. Nearby 
James Island County park offers kayaking, bicycle & paddle boat 
rentals, rollerblading, a climbing wall and a large water park for 
children and adults alike. Historic Charleston is a short 10-15 
minute drive. This beautiful city of charm & grace offers horse 
drawn carriage rides, tours of antebellum mansions & stately 
southern gardens, gourmet dining, museums, antiquing, & walking 
tours that take you back to a time of pirates & beloved ghosts. Take 
a boat to Fort Sumter to learn about the start of the civil war. A 
short drive from Charleston are graceful plantation homes & gardens. 
Golf courses available within a short drive. Folly Beach & 
Chareleston offers a kind of beauty & experience that is 
unforgettable. 

I offer a great deal for easy rentability and 
because I don't go through a rental company. I charge NO ADDITIONAL 
FEES. Cleaning and linens are included in quoted rates. 
Other Turtle Bay and Water's Edge homes (same homes nearby) rent for 
more plus additional fees.  RATES INCLUDE TOTAL COST -- NO 
ADDITIONAL FEES.

2010-2011 Rates:

November thru March 31: $800/week, $175/night, $1990/month 

April & May: 1450/week, 250/night, $4000/month

Summer 2011: $1750/week, no partial weeks.Discount for longer 
rental

September: $950/week or $2900/month, $200/night
