full kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, cooking utensils

Oct-May . . $4,000 Monthly (up to 2 persons) - $1,000/wk./add'l. per.
Jun-Sep . . $3,500 Monthly (up to 2 persons) - $800/wk./add'l. per.

During low season (Jun-Sep), 75% of electric bill added to rental.
Down payment of 50% of total rental.
Security deposit of $500; refunded after final inspection.
Cleaning fee of $100 paid directly to cleaning lady; visits during
   stay $60 each.
