remember our home for its comfort. Nestled in the pines of a quiet 
residential area, our home is the perfect place to relax with a 
complimentary bottle of wine, after enjoying all that beautiful Lake 
Tahoe has to offer. It is the perfect place for two or three couples 
to get away for a great ski or golf weekend or a couple families to 
share. A large fenced grass backyard with Volleyball / badmitten 
court plus a horse shoe pit. There's also a inground fire pit to 
enjoy. Fully equipped, all that is necessary is your food and 
clothing to complete the picture. 

Close to everything, the home is located within minutes of Camp 
Richardson Resort, Pope Beach, Tahoe Keys, hiking and biking trails, 
Golf, Heavenly Valley, Sierra at Tahoe, and Kirkwood Ski Resorts. 
Casinos, restaurants, and, of course, beautiful Lake Tahoe.

The fully-equipped kitchen is stocked with new utensils, dishes, and 
cookware for your culinary pleasure. The dining area has table 
seating for eight and a breakfast bar that seats three.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed. The other two bedrooms have 
queen-size beds and one large futon for the kids. The family room is 
equipped with a queen-size sofa sleeper. All beds have pillow-top 
mattresses, flannel linens, pillows and comforters.

Pellet stove, phone, hi-speed cable internet, cable TV, DVD, VCR, 
stereo, CD player, full kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, coffee

25% rental deposit, $125 Mandatory cleaning Fee.
