Chez Breezy is located on Mangrove Bight, a bay in the West End area 
of Roatan, Bay Islands.  It is a few minutes walk from the sandy 
beach at Half Moon Bay, many dive shops, excellent snorkeling, 
kayaking, restaurants, cafes, internet, shops, fishing 
charters,sailing charters, bars, music, clubs and dancing. 
     The cottage is an eco cottage with three  6' wide door openings 
accessing to a porch and  huge view of the bay.  Many windows each 
side also make this cottage very open to the island breezes.  The  
Caribbean is not far off the cottage, the waves breaking into the 
reef at the entrance to the bay easily heard. The bay has excellent 
birdwatching, is very quiet and peaceful.

Full kitchen with refrigerater and gas stove,  nice prep area, coffee
maker and crock pot. Large tiled bathroom with hot water shower. 
Queen rattan bed,  full size futon serves extra guest. All linens and
towels.  Two ceiling fans serve the cottage interior,  3 six foot 
wide door openings give full open view of the bay.  Porch box over 
the water is full of basel and flowers.

Chez Breezy is located right on the water of Mangrove Bight with an 
open view of the bay out to the Caribbean. This bay has excellent 
bird watching and is very quiet. It is a ten minute walk to the 
village of West End which offers, over 20 dive shops, internet 
cafes, gift shops, groceries, bars, restaurants and clubs,  Half 
Moon Bay at West End has excellent snorkeling and a lovely sandy 
beach.  There are opportunities to charter fishing boats, rent 
kayaks, complete dive courses, charter sail boats and do boating 
tours.

Would love to exchange use of my cottage on Roatan with use of a 
cottage in Italy, Greece, Austria, Hawaii, France,Spain, Scotland, 
Ireland, Indonesia, Turkey, either simultaneously or otherwise. I am 
an artist, a painter and would like to do this during a spring or 
summer season.  I am also a skier and would love to ski in Austria, 
Italy or France.
