Street in the scenic village of Sag Harbor, NY, available to rent for
weekends, weeks, or longer stays - year-round. 
    The owners are full-time residents of Sag Harbor and live in the
home on the other side of the shared garden. Beech Tree cottage has
its own private entrance and parking space, and the deck is
trellis-screened for guest privacy. 
    Sag Harbor is a beautiful and historic waterfront town, two hours
east of New York City on the east end of Long Island ("the Hamptons").
 In addition to picturesque scenery and classic New England
architecture, Sag Harbor offers world class cultural activities -
theater, shopping, galleries, nightlife - as well as fabulous beaches,
horseback riding, fishing, golf, biking, nature walks and more.  Beech
Tree Cottage is centrally located within easy walking distance of the
village. The beach is a short drive or bike ride away.

The cottage’s open-plan downstairs is decorated with English pine and 
white slip-covered furniture. It is fully air-conditioned and heated 
in the winter months. 
The lounge area features wireless internet access, a TV, VCR/DVD, CD
player, & many books and board games. The dining area seats 6
comfortably, and the kitchen is fully equipped with dish-ware, pots
and pans, coffee maker, microwave, full size fridge, toaster, blender,
etc. The back deck has a barbecue grill, two reclining chairs and a
bistro table and chairs for ‘al fresco’ dining. 

    The two bedrooms upstairs offer a queen size bed and two twins, 
respectively, and both are air-conditioned and heated. Linens, towels,
beach towels and a small beach tote/cooler are provided. The following
