We're located in NW Tennessee on the Big Sandy Basin of
Kentucky Lake where the fishing & boating are GREAT! Our
cabins are located in a grassy, treed area across the road from a
Wildlife Refuge and it's an easy walk to the lake. A public
pool is about five minutes away and 2 public beaches are
less than ten minutes. Two marinas are within 5 minutes, and
we have lots of parking for boats & watercraft. It's
perfect for a Family Reunion, several couples, or a group -
church, fishermen, golfers, etc. Pets are welcome!
Kentucky Lake Cabins offers three different types of
housekeeping cabins: a modern Log House, a Kitchenette, or a
Sleeping Room.
The Log House can accommodate up to 16 people comfortably.
The Kitchenettes can sleep up to 4 people, while the
Sleeping Rooms accommodate 2.
The Log House has three levels. The air conditioned main
level has a covered front porch running the full length of the house
where you can sit, relax and overlook the grassy play area. The back
deck has 2 BBQ grills - one gas and one charcoal. The kitchen
is fully equipped with all the pots & pans & dishes you might
need and includes a dishwasher and microwave. The living room
has a TV, VCR, DVD, and a compact stereo system. The master
bedroom has a television, a kingsize bed, a double bed, and two
twins and is next to the full bath (all linens and towels are
included). The loft upstairs has three twins and a double
bed. Downstairs is a double bed, a twin, a double futon,
and a 2nd bathroom.
The Kitchenettes are small, individual cabins. One half of
the cabin is a full-sized kitchen and the other half is a bedroom
with either a Queen and a double, two double beds, OR one double bed
and one twin. They are air conditioned with color cable TV. Outside
of each Kitchenette is a picnic table and a grill.
The Sleeping Rooms are half the size of the Kitchenettes.
They either have two twin beds OR one double bed, a 1/2 bath, and
are air conditioned with color cable TV.
