The Beach Bungalow is less then a mile from the Redondo Beach Village 
and beaches. It has a fully enclosed backyard with grass area and 
patios in front and back. The living room has a fireplace and piano 
for evening enjoyment. There is a TV/DVD/VCR player with accompanying 
videos for entertainment. The kitchen is fully stocked with all 
dishware and cooking utensils needed for preparing and cooking meals. 
A full size washer and dryer are located in the garage. Queen bed in 
one bedroom and full size bed in other bedroom. All linens, pillows, 
and towels are provided for guest use.

The Beach Bungalow is a short 3-5 minute drive to the eclectic 
shopping in the Redondo Village with its many diverse restaurants and 
wine bars. It is a 5 minute drive to beautiful Palos Verdes Estates, 
Malaga Cove. LAX is 25 minutes away. Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, 
Angel Stadium are 45 minutes by car. Downtown Los Angeles is 30 
minutes by freeway.

If you need a place to stay while you are relocating, or just for 
relaxation, the Beach Bungalow is the place to go. A nice home on a 
quiet residential street offers it all and more. Fully furnished for 
a comfortable stay.

October through May-$150.00 a day 3 day minimum
                    $800.00 a week
                    $2,400.00 a month

June through September - $200.00 a day 3 day minimum
                         $1,000.00 a week
                         $3,000.00 a month

50% due upon reservation- final payment  due 30 days prior to arrival.
Refundable security deposit ($300) due with final payment.
