This newly painted, professionally maintained country cabin is just a
few minutes walk to the lake and a five minute drive to the slopes. We
are hoping for another stellar ski season! Snow Summit and Bear
Mountain Resorts are a short 3 mile drive.

The bottom floor has two bedrooms with queen beds, a newly remodeled
bathroom with washer and dryer, a full kitchen, fireplace and a deck
on which to relax. An enclosed back patio has a six person hot tub and
room to barbecue.

The upper floor has a large master bedroom with a king sized bed and
two twin beds and walk in closet. Additionally, there is a game room
with TV, VCR, a second fireplace, foosball and darts.

This non-smoking house is located in a quiet neighborhood close to the
Village with many restaurants, shops and easy access to the main
roads. For reference, the Village Theatre North is 1.5 miles away,
within walking distance, along the 18. The Starbucks is less than a
mile away, near the Chevron station and the Entrance Sign to the Village.
