Destin is known for the fishing, beaches, golfing, and shopping in
the area.
The sugar white sands and blue green waters delight visitors time
and
time again. To cross the Destin bridge and view the pass is breath
taking. However, to sit under an umbrella with a cool drink or walk
the beaches with the one you love is even better.
We have world wide acclaimed fishing championships with the
championship Blue Marlin just caught by a charter out of Destin.
We have more than 12 beautiful golf courses that are available to
area visitors. Destin is a year round attraction for golfing due to
our mild fall and winter weather.
Destin/ Miramar Beach Area has become known as a great place to enjoy
riding bicycles due to our miles of dedicated bike/walking paths.
We have great shopping with our Silver Sands Outlet Mall just 2
miles
from the cottage to the east and the Destin Commons 2 miles to the
west. There are numerous other shops and wonderful dining in close
proximity to our location.
