Florida will sleep 4. The living room converts to a bedroom with two
queen hide away beds. The condo is approximately 150 yards from the
beach. The kitchen has all the appliances of a standard kitchen and
all the utensils for preparing meals. The condo has a 27 in. remote
controlled T.V. with cablevision. Additional features include a
telephone, microwave, iron and ironing board. The bathroom has an
oversize spring tub with shower. Rent from the Navarre,FL

Sandpiper Cove has an on-site nine hole par 3 golf course that is
free for all guests. There are also five swimming pools, 8 tennis
courts both lighted and unlighted, shuffle board, horseshoes plus an
on-site restaurant, a beach pavilion with a snack bar, showers, and
rest rooms. Sandpiper Cove also provides 24 hour security with
roving patrol.

Summer rates March 1 - September 7: 3 nights (minimum)-$115 per
night. 4-6 nights - $105.00 per night. 7 nights - $630.00
Fall rates September 11 - October 31: 4 nights (minimum) - 4-6
nights - $95.00 per night. 7 nights - $570.00
Winter rates November 1 - February 28: 4 nights (minimum) - 4-6
nights $75.00 per night. 7 nights - $450.00. Monthly Rate - 2 months
or more - $750.00 per month. 1 month rate - $775.00.
Reservation,Damage Deposit: $150.00 Minimum of 30 days notice of
cancellation. No Pets. No Smoking. Person renting the condo must be
a minimum of 25 years old and occupy the condo during the entire
rental period. Rentals limited to four people when party includes two
adults and two children 12 years old or younger. Otherwise, limited
to three adults OR two adults with one child older than 12 years old.
