Our cottage is log sided with a knotty pine interior. We are located 
just 1.7 miles north of Bolton Landing on Route 9N, 5 minutes from 
public beaches and boat launches. The cottage is in a private setting 
surrounded by beautiful white pines. Cottage accomodates up to four 
adults or four adults and kids.  

Bedroom has two single beds with large closet and dresses. Bedroom is 
closable from remainder of cottage by sliding doors.  Kitchen is 
complete with full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, 
grill, utensils, pots, pans, dishes, etc.  Living room/dining area 
has new double futon, table for four, cable TV, storage cabinets, 
etc.  Bath has shower, sink, toilet, etc. Cottage is heated.  [We 
have a no pet/no smoking policy.] 

Area attractions include two town beaches, boat launches, fine 
restaurants, Sagamore Resort and Golf, mountain hikes, fishing, 
boating, Six Flags Great Escape Fun Park, cruises on beautiful 32 
mile Lake George, etc.  Saratoga Springs is a short drive [35-45 
minutes away] with horse racing, Saratoga Performing Arts Center, 
Saratoga Horse Racing Museum, mineral baths, etc.  Beautiful Vermont 
is so available for day tripping.  Many other attractions are present 
in the area. 

2008 Rental Rates:

$825 per week for up to four persons during season:
Americade week [(6/2-6/7) Rental available from Saturday 5/31 to
Saturday June 7] and Saturday, June 28 to September 1] 

$775 per week shoulder season May/June before June 28th and
September/October after September 1. 

Note:  Cottage is available weekly from Saturday to Saturday; shorter
periods at full weekly rate.  

We would be willing to exchange our cottage for a similar 
accomodation in Europe.  We particularily would like an exchange with 
a similar property in Italy,the Isle of Man or Ireland.
