921 Cinnamon Beach Highway is located in Ocean Hammock, a luxury 
resort on Florida’s beautiful Palm Coast. This, two year old, unit 
has three bedrooms, three baths with over 2300 square feet of 
inviting space; it is the end unit on the south side of the 
building’s second floor and is closest to the pool and recreation 
areas.  

When you step through the door of our condo, you are struck by the 
richness of the tiled foyer with its wooden bench, lovely accent 
table and colorful carpet.  A glance to the right takes you into the 
dining and living areas.  This spacious, carpeted area has been 
professionally decorated in soft shades with woven accents.  Comfort 
is the word in the deep cushions on the sofa, ottoman and two 
chairs.  The entertainment center, which boasts a television, DVD, 
and stereo with speakers, is hidden in an armoire.  The dining area 
has a glass pedestal table surrounded by deep cushion chairs.   

The gourmet kitchen with granite counters offers working space for 
more than one cook and plenty of room for food storage. Those wanting 
to supervise can perch on stools to watch.  A table and four chairs 
by a sunny window make a perfect place for children or for those 
working on a puzzle.

The balcony on the west side offers views of the graceful pedestrian 
bridge and the saltwater pond with its abundant and varied 
wildlife. This is a perfect place to relax and to enjoy the sunset 
while lounging on the balcony.  The table and chairs offers a great 
place to watch the cranes strut past and the fish jumping out of the 
waves.

We have three widely spaced bedrooms, each with its own bath and 
ceiling fans.  The master bedroom boasts a king size bed with an 
entertainment center tucked in an armoire. The Master bath is very 
private and has a Jacuzzi tub as well as a separate shower stall.  
The side-by-side sinks and cabinets give plenty of room 
for all of your toiletries.  The second bedroom has a queen bed, and 
the third bedroom has two twin beds.   Each room has soft chairs, 
plenty of storage, and a TV/DVD/VCR.  All bathrooms have hairdryers.  

The sofa in the living room pulls out to a queen size bed, allowing 
two more people to sleep in quiet comfort. Our unit also has a large 
utility room with full sized washer and dryer.

Cyclists will enjoy the Scenic Byway Bike Path which winds its way 
for miles through a lovely tropical canopy.   Bring your bikes or rent
them locally.

Other activities in the area include fishing, boating, swimming, 
surfing, and beachcombing. Also, the Inter Coastal Waterway is right 
at our back door and it is such fun to watch the boats go by.
