$1,400.00 per week.
One half of the rent is to be paid up front.This is a non refundable 
deposit to hold your date. Without a signed lease and moneys 
transfered you do not have a valid contract.
  

The other half is to be paid in full 2 weeks prior to occupancy. This 
is also non refundable unless I am able to rent the cottage for your 
scheduled date.

There is a $500.00 damage deposit that is refundable with a 
satisfactory walk thru with the landlord.
