were a spectacular civilization - the original Arizonians who lived 
in this region over 2000 years ago!! 

Today, Anasazi Village is a spectacular, modern village community in 
a perfect location in the East Valley of Phoenix! The Village 
occupies 22 acres of classic southwestern architectural design. 
Bordered on the south by Stone Creek Golf Course with views of famous 
Squaw Peak, Anasazi Village is adjacent to Paradise Valley & 
Scottsdale - two of Arizona's most prestigious communities. It’s an 
easy 20 minute drive from the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. In addition

THE CONDO
A perfect location in the Village!! Our one bedroom, one bath condo 
is on the ground floor with a beautiful view of a waterfall and 
picturesque pool. It is very convenient to the clubhouse, parking 
and, most of all - away from the street noises. This is a HUGE 1BR!! 
885 sq. feet plus the patio! The floor plan is amazingly well 
designed. Many one bedroom condos are long rectangles with the living 
room in the front and the bedroom in the back. Our floor plan is a 
double-wide rectangular so your living room and bedroom are in front 
and both have sliding doors off the patio. The entire condo is light 
and bright!! You’ll feel the difference!!

And check this out - every condo has its own individual AC and 
heating units – VERY IMPORTANT!!



The bedroom has a new, super comfy "pillow top" king bed with fine 
quality linens, pillows and comforter. There’s a double dresser and 
an armoire for the TV plus a large walk-in closet. The bathroom has a 
double sink vanity, huge walk-in shower, plenty of new fluffy towels 
and a hairdryer. We even include a dispenser in the shower with 
shampoo, conditioner, body wash & coconut body lotion!!

In the living room, you’ll find brand new, high quality southwestern 
furniture including a sofa sleeper, an entertainment center with a CD 
player & radio plus a BRAND NEW 27” cable TV with built-in VCR & DVD. 
Bring your favorite movies or watch a few classics that we keep at 
the condo for your use or rent them at several spots close by. Just 
in case you get tired of all that sunshine, there are books and 
plenty of games and books. Local phone service is available. 

What to stay in touch via email? You’ll be pleasantly surprised to 
find a computer desk with unlimited high speed internet access via an 
Ethernet connection or wireless – all included!! Bring your laptop 
and hook up!!

The condo has a big patio with a table, chairs and umbrella - perfect 
for enjoying early morning coffee and outdoor dining. No smoking 
inside but smoking is ok on the patio. There’s also a full size 
washer and dryer for your exclusive use.
