condo and also a 1 bedroom 1.5 bath Villa situated on sixteen 
acres adjacent infamous Pineapple Hill, and paralleling the Kapalua Bay 
Golf Course. Each villa features spectacular ocean and West Maui sunset

The 2 bedroom Villa offerS central air-conditioning and includeS 2 
lanais, a fully equipped kitchen including microwave & dishwasher, 
washer/dryer, three televisions, DVD, CD player, iron, ironing board,
hairdryer,telephones, and even beach towels! Just bring your own food, 
toothpaste and suntan lotion!

The serene Golf Villa community area has many private recreational 
facilities -- 4 swimming pools, 8 barbecues, private garden areas, and 
pool access to the Ritz-Carlton Kapalua. The beach and gorgeous 
Kapalua Bay are only about 1 1/2 minutes away by car although Kapalua 
also provides a free 24 hr a day shuttle to anywhere on Kapalua 
grounds for our guests. If you play golf, we even can get you T Times 
up to 30 days in advance as opposed to the normal 3 day advance T Time 
bookings. And now we keep you connected to the internet with our FREE 
HIGH-SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS!

The resort amenities are plentiful and include a wide variety of water 
sports such as snorkeling, scuba, kayaking, world class golf, tennis, 
shopping, fine dining, water sports, hiking, new mountain activites 
including zip lines and of course......relaxing!

“America’s Best Beach” goes to…you guessed it…Kapalua Bay!

There are 2 championship golf courses in the resort; The Bay Course 
and The Plantation Course which hosts the annual

$269 per night U.S. D.-September 1, 2008- December 14, 2008

$100 CLEANING FEE per stay all year round.


The 2 bedroom Golf Villa rate is for up to six persons maximum (4 
adults & 2 children). Included in the above rate is check-out maid 
service. Daily maid service is available upon request at an additional 
charge. All rates are based upon a 5 night minimum stay (10 night 
minimum December 23-Jan 2). Stays of less than 5 nights are subject to 
surcharge. All rates subject to 11.42% Hawaii State Sales tax and may 
be changed without notice.

Deposit, Payment, and Cancellation Policy

A $600.00 deposit per each week booked is due within 72 hours of 
contract or reservation is automatically cancelled. The balance of 
payment is due sixty (60) days prior to occupancy. In the event 
reservations are made less than sixty (60) days prior to occupancy 
date, then full payment will be due upon receipt of reservation form. 
If reservation is cancelled less than 60 days prior to occupancy date, 
then all deposits and payments for any non re-booked nights will be 
forfeited. We will cheerfully refund the payments for all nights that 
are re-booked.
