kitchen including a stove and microwave oven, dishwasher,

all linens,and many other amenities including FREE HIGH SPEED WIRELESS
INTERNET ACCESS! Sleeping accommodations include a queen sized Murphy
bed. Check out maid service is included.
On the ground level there is a heated fresh water pool and bar-b-que
area near the base of the tower. Included on the premises is the

$55 additional cleaning fee charge per stay - all year round
All rates based upon single or double occupancy for a 5 night minimum
stay (10 night December 23- Jan 2). Stays of less than 5 nights
subject to surcharge. All rates subject to 11.42 % Hawaii State Sales
Tax and may be changed without notice.
Deposit and Payment
A $350.00 deposit per each week booked is due within 72 hours of
contract or reservation is automatically cancelled. Balance of payment
is due sixty (60) days prior to occupancy. In the event reservations
are made less than sixty days prior to occupancy date, full payment
will be due upon receipt of reservation form. If reservation is
cancelled less than 60 days prior to occupancy date, then all deposits
and payments for any non re-booked nights will be forfeited. We will
cheerfully refund the payments for all nights that are re-booked.
