The cabin sleeps six: one bedroom with queen Posturepedic bed, a 
carpeted loft with double bed and stair access, and a futon (double 
bed, thick mattress) in great room. It comes with complete kitchen 
and bath, all linens and towels included, clothes washer and dryer, 
fireplace with firewood,as well as barbecue grill in backyard.   
There are games, c.d. player, books, and great hikes.  We also have 
TV/video combo and videos, but do not supply cable.  

The back of property drops down to a dry creek wash where javelinas, 
quail and coyote occasion.  With rains it becomes a creek which you 
can enjoy sitting beside.  The cabin is a very short walk or drive 
to Crescent Moon Ranch Park with access to Oak Creek, an area open 
to hiking and creek access. There you can swim on slide rocks or 
from a rope swing.  It is incredibly scenic  (full view of Cathedral 
Rock) and wooded as well.  

Since the cabin is in a small neighborhood surrounded by National 
Forest, you can hike or mountain bike right from our wash or across 
the road.  Close by are also Boynton Canyon (Enchantment Resort 
area) and Red Rock State Park. Although only a short 10 minute drive 
to town center, it is not within walking distance to anything,except 
natural environment! Sedona is known for its Vortex Energy and as a 
spiritual center, has outstanding galleries for art and jewelry, and 
privately owned shops - not chain stores.

All rates shown up to family of five.  Additional adults, add $10 
each per night or $50 each per week.  Approved pets add $25.
Min. 2 nights, $325 - 350;  Weekly $725 - $750; Monthly $1600-2000.  
Christmas week $950.  Other holidays add $25.  Cleaning fee $50.  
Security deposit $125, completely refundable.

Vacation rental to exchange with other vacation rentals.  Pets 
welcome.  Need not be simultaneous.  Prefer U.S.(esp. Hawaii), 
Mexico, Caribbean, Europe.
