Beautiful, clean, two bedroom, two bath first floor condominium in 
the Sea Colony Tennis Community.

One bedroom has a queen size bed and a full bath. The other bedroom 
has two twin size beds. Each bedroom has its own TV. Another full 
bath is in the hallway between the second bedroom and the owners 
closet. 

The closet is large and available for your use for extra storage. 
The main living area has a new loveseat and sleep sofa. The wall 
unit in the living room has a TV, VCR, DVD, and a stereo. The 
kitchen has everything you will need for your stay. The whole condo 
has new carpeting and a new air conditioner.

There is an extra large deck out back with a peaceful, wooded view 
and plenty of deck furniture to relax on. The shuttle to the beach 
is nearby, as are pools and the fitness center. We have only had 
happy renters! 

Very short walk or bike to the beach- or catch the shuttle. With 12 
mile private beach, 5 oceanfront pools, and 5 other pools on 
the "tennis side" of the community, not to mention 30 outdoor tennis 
courts, and 4 indoor courts, you will have a wondeful vacation. $35 
Recreation fee required for anyone who has reached the age of 4. We 
will be happy to pick up your passes for you in advance and deliver 
them to you with your keys in season. Off season, it depends on our 
schedule. If we can, we will.

provided, Washer, Dryer, Pool (shared). No Smoking, No Pets. PLEASE 
REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS, TOWELS AND PAPER PRODUCTS, BEACH 
TOWELS AND CHAIRS ***If you need to rent sheets, towel, cribs etc. 
let me know.  We do have three chairs for your use.  They are not 
beautiful, but they are functional.
