My wife and I purchased this 1850s cottage in Spring 2005 and spent 
a year intensively gutting and renovating from top-to-bottom. We 
carefully preserved the pre-Civil War era house while adding CAC, a 
gleaming new kitchen, and added a truly stunning sunroom that looks 
out towards a huge, private garden featuring a 19th century Coast 
Guard boathouse.

We hired a local decorator to help select furnishings to complement 
the feeling of the house and you will find nearly all new furniture 
and utensils.

Our house is ideal for writers and other creative types.  Our 
neighbors are very quiet and the only sound you will hear are the 
relaxing sounds from our neighbor's fountain.
