Our modern two story upside down house is located on the south side 
of the island in an area known as Tom Nevers.  Far enough from town 
to enjoy the quiet, restful ambiance that Nantucket is noted for yet 
a short ride to any activity your heart could desire.
The first floor is comprised of 3 bedrooms, full bath and laundry.  
The master bedroom has a queen size bed with outside deck.  There 
are 2 other bedrooms each with twin beds.  Full bedding and towels 
are provided.  There is also an outside shower.
The second floor is a bright open area with living/dining space and 
a wonderful fully equpped kitchen and a full bath.
Windows surround the upstairs area offering light, ocean breezes and 
views on 3 sides.  The large second floor deck wraps around two 
sides of the house offering splendid views and the sunsets are 
breathtaking.
The house is situated on a naturally landscaped 3 acre parcel, yet 
you're within minutes to the beaches.
We are in a rural area and car reservations are necessary.

The house is eqipped with:
CD player, DVD player, Video player, Stero, Telephone, TV with 
limited reception, 
Electric stove, refrigerator, dishwaher, coffe pot, toaster, 
Microwave, blender, mixer, iron and board,   Full kitchenware.
Games, puzzles, libray of books and DVDs, 
Beach chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler. Two bikes with helmets.
