Adorable,private cabin only 32 miles from Colorado Springs. A 
perfect place for honeymooners or families with small children and 
pets because of it's quiet location. No busy streets! 

It has a large,covered front porch with a hanging swing,table with 
chairs,and a propane bar-b-que grill. There is a hammock in the 
trees for an afternoon nap,and a 5 person hot tub with colored 
lights and waterfall. Beautiful, treed one acre lot for privacy and 
relaxation, with glimpses of mountain views from the porch and the 
property. 

A long, circular driveway off the cul-de-sac makes for a very 
private and cozy vacation.

Full kitchen with flat-top stove, full sized refrigerator, 
microwave, propane barbeque grill, blender, coffee maker, all 
utensils, dishes, pots and pans, dvd/cd player and telephone. Wood 
burning stove with firewood, propane furnace for heat, hard wood 
floors, and log furniture.   

Queen bed in bedroom has pillow-top mattress, pacific coast feather 
bed, Egyptian cotton sheets and a plush micro suede comforter. There 
is also a double futon and single futon in the living room. 

The cabin has a screened in back porch that leads out to the dog 
run. No additional charge for dogs. No need to feel guilty leaving 
your dogs at home when they can come on vacation with you! Then you 
won't have to pay kennel fees,pay a dog walker or bribe your 
neighbors to feed them. 
  
Deer, hummingbirds, and wildlife abound in this peaceful, quiet 
setting.

This is also a wonderful place for the holidays, with a western 
themed decorated Christmas tree.  The cabin is only one and a half 
hours from world famous Breckenridge ski area!  Only one hour from 
Mount Princeton natural hot springs!

Pictures do not seem to capture how inviting and peaceful this cabin

American Cowboy, Manitou Cliff Dwellings, Cave of the Winds, May 
Natural History Museum, Pikes Peak Highway and the Pikes Peak Cog

$125/night for peak season of May 15-Oct 15-$130/night for holidays. 
$100/night for off season of Oct 16-May 14-$105/night for holidays.
$150 damage deposit which is refundable.  $25 one time cleaning fee. 
3.9% colorado sales and county tax. 50% payment due at time of 
reservation-remaining 50% due 30 days prior to arrival. No refunds 
within 45 days of arrival unless cabin gets rebooked for those dates.
