  There is a private patio with a storage cabinet for your 
convenience. The grounds and the gated pool are well maintained.  The 
condo is also equipped with cable. 

  It is located close to the 101 freeway, ASU, and Tempe activities.

Nightly Rentals (3 night minimum) =$150.00 U.S.

Weekly Rentals (7 nights) = $ 900.00 U.S.
[Summer season= $700.00 U.S.]

Cleaning Deposit (non-refundable) =$150.00 U.S.

We require a 50% security deposit and the remaining 50% is due 10 
days prior to your arrival date.
