Probably the largest town home on the lake. 4 bedroom 2 bath can
sleep up to 10 people. We specialize in small groups and families that
want a luxurious and cost effective place to stay. The town home is on
the quiet side of the complex and closest to the beach (only two other
units are closer that are 4 bedrooms. These are not rentals). Town
home is in walking distance to the Hyatt and Incline Beaches. Town
home is very quiet and only shares a small portion of one wall with
the adjoining unit. 

Forest Pines is in walking distance to the beach and the Hyatt. It has
a jacuzzi, sauna, womens and mens locker rooms, a beautiful outdoor
pool, dedicated BBQ next to the town home, X-box 360 and games for the
kids, kid games & sleds, internet access, 50" plasma Phillips TV
(living room), 42" Pioneer plasma TV (master bedroom), new LAZY-BOY
couch and sleeper, message chair, DVD and videos for kids and the
family to watch, switch on fireplace, new pillow top mattresses, full
kitchen and utensils for cooking, high grade linens and towels
provided,toiletries in the bathroom, new washer and dryer, special
boat parking, sleeps up to 10 (extra pillows, blankets and towels
for larger groups). Recently upgraded and remodeled, regular coffee
maker, TV sets in every room.

Easy access to all 20 ski areas. Close proximity to Incline, Burndt
Cedar and Sand Harbor Beaches. Close to skateboard park, 2 great golf
courses,Thunderbird Lodge, boat, jetski, and kayak rental etc..

Summer and Winter $200.00 per night;
Spring and Fall $185.00 per night;
Holidays $220.00 per night.
