to the Gearhart Golf Course and a short walk from the beach, in the
resort area of Gearhart by the Sea on the North Oregon Coast.

Rates and minimum stays vary by season. Two night minimum stay during
off-season. Minimum stays are longer during summer and holiday
periods; please contact owners for additional details.
Holiday rates are $175/night or $1,200/week and apply to stays
during Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and
New Years' periods.
Rental rates are $125/night or $750/week during the off-season.
Summer rates are $150/night or $900/week. Holiday rates are
$175/night or $1200/week.
Rates and minimum stays vary by season. A two night minimum stay is
required during off-season; the minimum stay is longer during the
summer and holiday periods. Please note that until confirmed, rates
are subject to change without notice.
A deposit is required at the time of booking to hold your
