wireless internet.  Ceiling fans. Cable tv, dvd, cd, radio, alarm 
clocks.  Free local phone calls.  Answering machine. 

Locally renowned Farmers Market across the street 3 mornings a week.  
Other shopping and dining nearby.

The property has an on-site rental manager available 5 1/2 days a 
week to help with any problems which might arise and give advice 
about local activities, restaurants, shopping.  The property also has 
an on-site live-in property manager.

Rate for Hale Kai #203 is $160 per night for 2 guests.  Minimum stay: 
5 nights.  Discount available for stays of 28 days or more. Extra 
guests to a maximum of 2 add'l, $20/person per night. Rates subject 
to Hawaii state taxes. $350 deposit required for unit reservation.  
Refund with 90 day notice prior to arrival. All refunds subject to 
$75 handling fee. Rates subject to change until confirmed. For
