. $125/night or $750/week or $2,800/month

RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
A 50% deposit will secure your reservation (check or credit card). No 
smoking. No pets please. Final payment including tax is due 30 days 
prior to arrival.

MT 7% bed tax is additional.
A cleaning fee of $75 will be added for weekly and month-long stays.


CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations 60 days or more before the scheduled arrival receive a 
full refund of the reservation deposit, less a $75 cancellation fee. 
No refunds given within 60 days or less of scheduled arrival. 
50% refund if reservation is filled by other occupants.
