TV to be used with DVDs (good selection of recent releases provided). 
No TV channel reception. Local phone: use your phone card for long 
distance.Ceiling fans throughout. 

Property is in the forest accessed through 3 miles of dirt and gravel 
road. Wild life abounds on the property: Elk often visit early 
mornings, bunnies and antelope jackrabbits are frequent visitors, 
occasional visitors are foxes, bobcats, antelopes, coyotes, wild 
turkeys, and an ever-changing variety of birds and hummingbirds. 
Fishing lakes are about 25 miles away. Golf course in Overgaard, 5 
miles from Bison Ranch with horseback riding and restaurants. 25-35 
miles to Show Low, Rainbow Lake & Pinetop. Skiing at Sunrise 45 
minutes away.
