Refund within 4-7 working days after departure.
Full payment for the entire stay is due 30 days prior to arrival date
Cancellation within 30 days prior to departure date no charge.
Cancellation after 30 days, a cancellation fee of $85.00 will be 
taken off from your security deposit.
