Our home is located in North East San Antonio (Converse). Whether 
you want to enjoy the fun and excitement of all San Antonio offers, 
or just relax in your own private pool, this is the house. 
We are only 15 minutes from the Riverwalk, Alamo Dome, The Alamo, 
SBC Center (Home of the San Antonio Spurs), Joe Freeman Coliseum and 
other exiting places and events in downtown San Antonio. Sea World 
and Fiesta Texas are only 20-30 minutes away and Schlitterbahn, is 
only 18 miles away in New Braunfels. Schlitterbahn one of the 
nation's largest water parks, and there are also water parks in 
Seaworld and Six Flags Fiesta Texas (included in the admission fee).

This is a very nice 1600-square-foot home in a great neighborhood. 
Large kitchen and open floorplan for entertaining. Dining table 
seats six, but there are dishes for eight. Master has a Queen bed, 
guest bedroom has Queen, and "kids" room has 1 bunk bed with double 
mattress on bottom and single on top and a seperate twin bed. TV in 
Living Room, Master, and "kids" room.

New furniture and paint throughout the home. Beautiful new plush 
patio set under cover in the back yard.

IMPORTANT, Please note: Obviously there are no lifeguards with the 
pool, so it is required that there are no children under six years 
and someone must supervise children's activities in the back yard. 
The back yard is fenced, and the pool is in the back yard, but there 
is no fence around pool itself.

For health and sanitation reasons, pool is cleaned and chemicals are 
added every Saturday afternoon. Pool cannot be used for 12 hours 
after chemicals added.

(plus 3 other water parks in town)

$175/night (March - Oct. & Holiday weeks) ~ $145/night (Nov. - Feb.)
3-night minimum. Stay 6 nights, and the 7th is FREE.
* $300 Deposit required to hold reservations.
* $100 house/pool cleaning fee required.
$300 Security deposit required at check-in refundable within 4 days 
after checkout
