Have you ever missed your piano when you were on vacation? Bella Vista may be where you want to be ........ Located on a hill, yet near the ocean west of Hwy 1, this well-equipped villa has breath-taking top-down panoramic ocean and coastal views across ocean meadows and signature Sea Ranch cypress hedge rows. The elevated location of Bella Vista is unique to Sea Ranch: it offers the advantages of expansive views usually found only from hill-side locations, but the home is actually situated on the ocean side of the coastal highway, quiet, and without traffic between the home and the beaches. Let the morning sun and sights of the ocean add to your breakfast enjoyment; have your afternoon-tee on the wind-sheltered deck overlooking the ocean and Sea Ranch coast line. (We even provide the umbrella to provide shade!). Bella Vista home was built in 1987 and the rented space has approximately 1800 sq.ft. living area. It features terra cotta tiles and rough cedar walls in all rooms except bedrooms. Large view windows, warm and decorative lighting, comfortable furniture, and a central forced-air heating system - augmented by heat radiated from the wood-burning stove - will contribute to making your stay pleasant and memorable. The living includes a mezzanine with a Grotrian-Steinweg piano. In addition to the hot tub (built into the master bedroom deck), one of the bathrooms includes a jacuzzi tub. The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances. While you are preparing your meals, you will enjoy the wide, unobstructed ocean and coastal views.

Bella Vista features extra-large living areas with window seats and is designed to maximize the superb views from everywhere. 2 MBR/3BA, expansive dining-living area, Grotrian Steinweg piano, two cozy sheltered decks. 1 Cal. King and 1 Queen bed, large garage, 4 people max. rental occupancy (no children). No pets, no smoking, no abalone washing or handling anywhere on the property. Rates are for 2 people occupancy. Add $12/night for each additional person up to 4 people maximum occupancy. -- $215/night year round -- $230/night Dec 19-Jan 5 and Nov 25-30 -- $90 one-time basic cleaning charge -- 9% mandatory local occupancy tax -- $300 refundable damage/cleaning deposit 2 nights minimum stay (3 or more nights during holiday periods) The 7th night is on us (holidays excepted)!
