This beautiful 1920's Bungalow Cottage is nestled in the heart of the 
Adirondack Park in the Village of Lake Placid New York, home of the 
1932 and 1980 Winter Olympic Games. Built in 1928, recently restored, 
renovated, and elegantly furnished; it has 2 queen bedrooms, sleeps 4 
comfortably, but can accommodate up to 6 people. Bath with pedestal 
sink and antique claw foot tub and shower. Living room has Color TV, 
DVD/VCR, Stereo/Tape/CD, Premium Cable, Wi-Fi Internet Access and 
unlimited local Telephone. Fully equipped kitchen, dining room and

There is also a romantic Deluxe Studio Cottage that sleeps one or two 
persons comfortably, is very private and has a stainless steel 
kitchenette with sink, stove and refrigerator, private bathroom with 
pedestal sink, antique claw foot tub/shower for after those long days 
on the mountain. The living area has a California king size bed 
(that's heated) with sitting area, cable TV, CD/Radio, local 
telephone, and state of the art Wi-Fi internet access. Linen and

RESERVATION POLICY

We ask for a major credit card number to guarantee your reservation. 
A 50% deposit of the total rent is due and payable upon making a 
reservation. The balance of the rent, plus a refundable security 
deposit (your first nights stay) and a $95 dollar cleaning service fee 
is due before your arrival. The security deposit will be returned to 
you within 14 business days after you have departed the cottage, as 
long as everything is left in a clean and satisfactory condition. All 
prices are subject to change.

We accept Major Credit cards, American Express, Visa, Mastercard 
via Paypal (Sales tax applies for New York State residents)

CANCELLATION POLICY

A written notification of cancellation is due at least 45 days prior 
to the start of the lease term. Renter agrees to forfeit ten percent 
(10%) of the total rental consideration. Any cancellation request made 
after this time will result in the forfeiture of the full rental 
deposit, unless the property is re-rented for the term covered by this 
lease. In such event, the cancellation penalty shall be ten percent 
(10%) of the total rental consideration plus the shortfall (if any) 
between the rental consideration under this agreement and the amount 
for which the property is re-rented.
