Enjoy breathtaking views from our magnificent 12th floor three bedroom
corner of the exciting high-rise Surfside Resort. The entire interior
of Surfside Resort has been comletely updated and remodeled as of
January 2005. We offer high speed wireless internet access and a
fitness room for our guests. Inside our condo all rooms have nine foot
sliding glass doors that open onto our enormous 45 ft. balcony. Enjoy
fantastic views of the sugar white sand beach and emerald green Gulf
to the south, coastal views to the southeast all the way to Panama
City, and the beautifully landscaped Seascape Golf Course and Destin
Bay to the north. Unique features of this building are
air-conditioned interior hallways, enclosed parking, oversized heated
swimming pool and 24 hour security.
Each of the rooms is tastefully decorated with a beach decor. There
are three bedrooms and three separate bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms
are master suites with one of these suites being a self contained
"lock-out" having both a separate and an adjoining entrance.
The lock-out unit can be rented as a separate hotel room for 1-4
persons. The queen size bed and love seat sleeper which opens to a
full size bed is perfect for Mom, Dad and 1-2 small children. A small
refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, toaster and dishes are provided
for our hotel room guests that wish to prepare a few quick meals.
The huge master bedroom features a king size bed, beautiful
furnishings, TV/VCR, large lighted walk in closet, lighted vanity
table, and spacious master bath with glass enclosed tub and shower.
The second bedroom has two double beds , TV/VCR, closet, and full
bath with shower.
The living room sofa opens into a queen size bed. The entertainment
center includes a 25" TV and VCR as well as games for all ages and a
few good books. Our winter Snowbirds will enjoy the comfort of our
leather recliner. The dining room walls are ceiling to floor windows
with Gulf views surrounding the all glass table and upholstered chairs
for six.
The fully equipped kitchen has quality dinnerware, cookware, utensils,
as well as table and chairs.
The oversized deck provides a large heated pool, kiddie pool, two hot
tubs, sauna, and showers. The Sky bridge provides a safe walkway from
the deck to the sugar white sand and emerald green Gulf of Mexico.
Enjoy tennis under the lights, or have a spirited game of basketball
or volleyball on the sports deck. Go deep sea fishing or cast out into
the surf and grill your catch on the barbecue grills provided in the
spacious picnic area.
