Burke's Cottages are nestled under ancient pines and towering maples 
on 2 acres of perennial gardens and manicured lawns on picturesque 
Indian Lake located in the tiny hamlet of Sabael within the Central 
Adirondack Park - one of the last great wilderness areas in the 
northeast - Indian Lake is approximately 13 miles long and one mile 
wide and has a shoreline which is 90% "forever wild" providing a 
pristine wilderness experience for the entire family.  Cottages are 
completely furnished, heated, have full kitchens, baths; some have 
wood stoves or fireplaces.  There is a small beach and swim float and 
area for campfires in the evenings & 2 golf courses nearby for your 
enjoyment.  Summer weekly rentals only - Saturday to Saturday:  Check 
in after 3PM; check out before 10 AM.  No maid service.   Two night 
min year round except holidays (3 night min.) One lot is FOR SALE! 

Cottages have either a woodstove or fireplace (two without either); 
BBQ charcoal grills, microwave, coffeemaker, dishes/utensils, cable 
TV; Beach, boat dock, picnic tables, swim float, CANOES lake and 
mountain

Adirondack Museum in Blue Mountain Lake (20 min.); Adirondack Arts 
Center in Blue Mountain Lake (20 min.); The Great Escape - Lake 
George (1 hr.); Ride the rails at North Creek (20 Min.); down hill 
ski at Gore Mountain in North Creek (20 min.) Hiking trails abound!  
There is a small general store which has everything (ice cream 
parlor; newspapers, candy, souvenirs, foodstuff, deli, sporting 
clothing, etc., etc.) and a Post Office within walking distance.  The 
Village of Indian Lake (4 miles north) has a food store (Indian Lake 
Market), several restaurants and shops.  

Cottages #1 & #4: Rates: #1,000 weekly during summertime; $175.00
nightly, (2 night minimum. except holidays are 3 nights.all other
seasons) Open year round. No linens supplied. No pets.

Cottages:  Lakeside and #3:  Rates:  $1550 weekly during summer; $275 
Nightly (2 night min.) except holidays year round except summer)      

Cottage #2:  Rates:  $800 weekly summertime; $140 nightly (2 night 
min. except holidays year round except summer)  (Three night minimum 
on Holiday weekends)  Open year round.  No Pets 

Recent (9/02/07) subdivision of cottages into 4 lots.  Lot #1 is 
sold, but we continue to manage this rental.  Lot #2 is a 1/4 acre 
lot consisting of 2 Cottages (#2 & #4 - a studio and a 2 bedroom 
cottage with full kitchens); fully winterized, year round cottages 
with deeded access to a beach and boat dock. Indian Lake is 14 miles 
long and 1 mile wide where these are located.  Lot #3 contains a 
brand new 3 bedroom house with great room, fireplace, hardwood floors 
throughout, master bedroom with King and bathroom with double sinks, 
two bedrooms downstairs plus 2nd bath, W/D hookup, 5 new appliances 
in kitchen with center island, dining area in great room, screened 
porch, covered deck, full 1/2 basement, wonderful views of Indian 
Lake, etc., The owners reside in Lot #4 of this subdivision and they 
own another attached lakefront lot containing the deeded beach access
