This is a very special rental, near the ocean but not in the middle of 
the hectic beach crowd.  Enjoy the ocean but come home to a peaceful, 
beautiful spot on the bay. Awesome panoramic views of the bay and the 
downtown skyline. Fireworks over the bay on weekends in the summer.

 The property in on tidal land which is protected bird sanctuary where 
you will see great blue herons, egrets, the endangered clapper rail 
and many other species.

Facilities include a pool, a spa, a sauna and workout room with weights 
and exercise equipment.The condo has a full kitchen and all linens and 
towels are provided.

There is a washing machine and dryer in the unit, plus a full laundry 
room by the pool.

Close by is Campland on the Bay (were you can rent kayaks, canoes, 
powerboats, etc.), Sea World, Mission Bay and Mission Bay Park. Not far 
is La Jolla, Ocean Beach, Coronado, Old Town, Little Italy, Point Loma 
lighthouse, downtown San Diego's gas lamp district and much more. Of 
course, a little further away is Mexico.

To book this property, just fill out the rental form, which I will 
send to you at your request. 

The reservation deposit is $500, due when you make the reservation. 
The balance is due thirty days prior to your stay. If your desired 
dates are within 30 days, the full rental fee is due on booking.

I take personal checks. A refundable security deposit of $500 is due 
thirty days prior to arrival (the same time the balance of the rent is 
due).The security deposit is used to reimburse owners in the unlikely 
event furniture, a mattress or other objects become damaged.  If 
necessary, the security deposit may also be used to pay for telephone 
expenses. So far all security deposits have been fully refunded. I 
return security deposits within 2 weeks after you have left the 
property or after I receive the keys back.

Cancellation policy I cannot refund the amounts paid ($500 reservation 
fee.) I will try hard to rent the same dates to another party, and 
then I can reimburse you, but I can't promise it will happen.
