Located in a very peaceful a quiet greek village, a quaint house 
built with massive stone walls. Two rooms of equal size, one with a 
fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, and a large 
patio area where you may enjoy your breakfast in the shade of the 
bougainvilla and grape vines which twist their way through the 
pergola overhead. In the evening you may relax there with a drink 
while enjoying the wonderful fragrance of jasmine and listening for 
the far off tinkling of goat bells. A great location from which to 
explore this most interesting greek island.

The owners may surprise you every so often with a basket of fresh 
fruit or a bouqet of flowers hand-picked from the garden. We can 
supply you with fresh herbs for the dinners that you prepare in your 
house or we can point you towards one of the many fantastic 
restaurants on the island. We can help you to plan an itinerary or 
just give you some tips on what not to miss. We can also refer you 
to some of the many activities that are available on the island such 
as: horseback riding, sailing, hiking trails, scuba diving, tennis, 
etc.

There are such a large variety of beaches nearby that you can visit 
a different one every day. Located within 10km of the capital city, 
Argostoli, where you can find greek tavernas, chic cafés, and 
boutiques.Kefalonia is often referred to as the jewel of the Ionian, 
this may be because it is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful 
islands not only in the Ionian, but in all of Greece! There is 
Myrtos beach, which consistantly ranks among the top beaches in the 
world,  Mellisani lake, Drogarti caves, wild horses, sea turtles, 
dolphins, wonderful mountains, valleys, beaches- in short- Kefalonia 
really has something for everyone. The island inspired the book on 
which the film Captain Corelli's Mandolin was based.
