Have a 2 night minimum, Peak season $130.00 to $150.00 a night, Low 
season $110.00 to $130.00 a night, Holiday rate $150.00 a night 
except Christmas and New Years $225.00 to $250.00 a night and a 5 
night minimum.  One time charge of $85.00 for cleaning and $300.00 
to $500.00 for refundable security deposit.
