The house, a grand Queen Anne Victorian, sits on six acres and its 
adjacent to three wooded acres that cater to wonderful hiking, this 
home is completely private and comes with a small heated pool. Pet 
and child friendly. 

The house is conveniently located under two hours from New York City 
in Ulster County bordering 
Sullivan County.

You are guaranteed star filled summers, breathtaking foliage and 
winters that assure snow-capped mountains.

Pricing and Details 

We rent out CASA SUSPIRA with a minimum of a two night stay. Included 
are fresh egyptian cotton bath sheets and a minimum of 300 count 
bedding linens,down pillows, hot and cold water, lighting, heat, use 
of the washer and dryer. Satellite television, and high speed 
internet.

Year 2006 pricing is effective for rentals booked after January 1, 
2006. 

The security deposit is 30% of the total rental amount and is 
required to reserve the rental. The full amount of the rental is 
required two weeks prior to the start of the rental period. 
Cancellations will have a full refund if they are received at least 
30 days prior to the start of the rental. Cancellations received 
within 30 days of the rental start will have half the deposit 
refunded. A $100 cash cleaning fee must be left at the house at the 
end of the rental. The house has only local telephone service so 
please come prepared with a calling card.

The house is open all year round with rates as follows: 


1-15 person occupancy Regular
Weekend Rates $1200 and $1500 for holiday weekends 2-3 nights 
additional nights 750.00 per night. 

Weekly Rates (6 nights) $2000 off season

May -September 2500.00 weekly ( 6 nights)

or 6500.00 if you take only one of the summer months.

Ulster County sales tax of 8.25 percent plus the county lodging tax 
of 2% is not included in the rate. 


WE ACCEPT ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS FOR AN ADDITIONAL 5% SERVICE FEE
   Check in/out times for a typical weekend is Friday mid afternoon 
arrival, to a Sunday late evening departure. We try to be flexible 
with your arrival/departure time depending on the flexibility of our 
cleaning crew. 
Holiday rates cover Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, 
Labor Day and Columbus Day. Slightly higher holiday rate for 
Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years.
