Utility caps:gas $50.00, Electric $75.00.

Conditions
To hold the property for occupancy, a $300 non-refundable booking 
fee (applied towards the rental fee) is due one week after 
confirmation.

To complete the reservation, the payment of the remaining rental 
fee, the cleaning fee and the refundable security deposit are due 60 
days prior to check-in. If booking is less than 60 days before 
arrival, the full payment is due at time of confirmation.

Payment is in US dollars. We accept traveler's checks and bank 
checks. Personal checks drawn on a US bank are accepted if payment 
is made 90 days in advance of arrival. Sorry, credit cards are not 
accepted at this time. 

Cancellation policy
Cancellation 60 or more days before check-in Forfeit $300 US dollars 
Between 31 and 59 days before check-in Forfeit 60% rental fee 
Between 0 and 30 days before check-in Forfeit 100% rental fee 
  
Cancellation must be made by email or writing. No refunds will be 
made for no shows or early checkouts. We encourage you to purchase 
Travel / Cancellation Insurance.
