4BR family summer house on a private road with a shared private 
beach. Perfect for families. The house sleeps 8 very comfortably 
with 2 kings and 2 queens. A crib is also available. 

The house is on about a 1 acre lot and sits back from the road and 
is surrounded by trees. It's very quiet and peaceful.

- a good sized deck with shade awnings if you want to get out of the sun - a nice big 2 person hammock - outdoor shower - High Speed wireless Internet access - Cable TV - Stereo with CD changer - washer and dryer - new dishwasher - short walk to "The Landing" general store/ice cream shop - depending on the week, we might have a mooring available for your boat.

Rates

The rental rate is $2,000 per week during the summer months (Mid June through Labor day). Off season rates are available. We require 1/2 deposit at time of booking with the balance due on arrival. Cash, travelers checks or personal checks accepted. Cancellation/Refund Policy: Must receive written notice a full 4 weeks in advance. Payments are non-refundable unless property can be re-rented for the exact dates cancelled and at the same rate.
