Our condo is located in the Punta Negra Condominium building, less 
than 4 miles from downtown, two miles North of Mismaloya and 2 miles 
South of Conchas Chinas. It is a paradise away from the busy city 
yet close enough to be there in 7 minutes, the buses run every 10 
minutes and taxis are always available.

The master bedroom and the living room lead on to the balcony which 
overlooks the pool and the ocean, from there you can watch the 
whales play and delight in the stupendous sunsets,a gas grill is on 
the balcony for you to enjoy a b.b.q. at home.

The condo is air conditioned in every room and also has ceiling fans 
in all areas including the balcony.

Bedrooms : The master bedroom has a king size bed, sheets are 500 
thread count for your comfort, and bathroom is on suite soft bath 
towels and beach towels are provided in each bathroom as well as  
soap,tissue and hairdryer.There is a t.v. in this bedroom.
The second bedroom has two full size beds and a connecting 2nd 
bathroom, both bathrooms have recently been remodeled.

Kitchen: We have tried to give you everything you could possibly 
need, every appliance, mixers, blender , microwave, oven,coffee 
pot,rice cooker, good china,Krups expresso machine, large frig , 
loads of pots and pans.
The pantry is stocked with spicies and condiments for your use.
There is a breakfast bar which divides the kichen from the dining 
room, this seats three people.

Dining Area:Furnished in the Mexican style,vibrant colors, a round 
table will seat six, a large china cabinet, many pieces of Talavara 
pottery,  a lovely area for a wonderful meal.

Living area:There are two couches and two armchairs which surround a 
glass top table ,on the walls are various framed prints from a well 
known local artist.A small desk is for your computer which you can 
use on our high speed internet.
A large entertainment cabinet offers Sky T.V;C.D.Player and 
radio.Speakers are also on the Balcony.

 Balcony:The perfect place for you to enjoy your less formal meals, 
a round table will accomodate four people, there are also two lounge 
chairs for you to relax in, there are a couple of beach chairs if 
you prefer the sand to the poolside.

View: What can we say, it is awesome, city lights, cruise 
ships,whale pods,sunsets,fireworks, we are on the 7th floor so our 
view is unobstructed.

Beach:Beautiful sandy, almost private so we have few if any vendors, 
off season the beaoh is much bigger due to the change of tide, High 
season it will be sand and small rocks.During the week you may be 
the only one on the beach, it is a paradise.

Laundry room: Washer and dryer are there for your needs.

Footnotes: We limit the number of people to four and prefer that our 
guests are not younger than 8 years old.
We have maid service twice a week, Tuesday and Friday, her duties 
are to make your beds, dust and mop, water plants, she does not wash 
dishes or pick up after you. We do not expect you to wash sheets 
when you leave but would appreciate you stripping the beds.If you 
are there for more than a week then you are responsible for washing 
your sheets.Mely, our maid is truly a gem and deserves a customary 
generous weekly tip for her efforts to keep you comfortable

This is a "no smoking allowed condo"

Waher and Dryer.Soap is provided.
 
High Speed Internet,Beach Towels and Chairs, gas B.B.Q.( we do ask 
you to scrub this clean before you leave for the people entering 
after you)

Ocean floats and body surfing boards ( boards are at your own risk, 
we are not to be held resposible for any injuries sustained)Please 
replace if they get damaged.

Beach towels are in each bathroom.

Large Convenience store located in Conchas Chinas or nearest storet 
is Ruiz grocery. The largest and best supermarket is "Mega".
There is a Blockbuster video store where you nan choose what you 
want.
Various games are provided for your indoor pleasure, Mexican train, 
scruples, etc etc.

Pool side B.B.Q. for a small fee of $4.00 for cleanup.

Air conditioning througout, the ocean breeze and fans appear to be 
what is mostly preferred.




Kitchen is fully equipped.

In a private Paradise yet minutes from everything.

Night life is 7 minutes away, there is always something going on 
along the Malecon, especially the weekends.
Tours for  the jungle ride, parasailing, dinner cruises,scuba 
diving, snokelling, bungee jumping deep sea fishing, golf ,tennis, 
art walks,Too much to list, 1400 restaurants, most of them good.

Great shopping, quaint cobblestone streets, all of this and more , 
guests write in the guest book and offer many suggestions and their 
experiences, we also send you information on activities which is 
updated as things change.
