directly behind The Mayor's Inn Bed & Breakfast. It has a combined
living-room/bedroom with a queen size bed, cable TV, full kitchen
that is equipped with all the basics, including microwave. The
bathroom has a shower only, no tub.

basis. Stays over 30 days are not taxed.
Summer Season:
Nightly rate: $105.00 + tax (currently @.08%)
Quiet Season:
Nightly rate: $80.00 + tax
One night stays require full deposit. Multiple night stays require
50% deposit with balance due 10 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations outside of 30 days are subject to a 15% fee; inside 30
days, the deposit is forfeited; inside 10 days, the entire stay
amount is due.
