 Description  


We are the most hospitable facility in Steamboat Springs, CO.  Our 
bed and breakfast can be rented as a luxury home or by the room.  
Each room has either a king or queen bed and all rooms are furnished 
tastefully with antiques and have bath/showers.  We offer a hot, 
homemade breakfast daily, 24 hour non-alcoholic beverage bar, 
homemade cookie/biscotti bar.  Hot tub and sauna are just off our 
deck.  Relax in our hammock or on our beautifully appointed grounds.  
We are located a short walk - two blocks - from the heart of downtown 
Steamboat.

Seasonal - weekday vs weekend rates.  One night deposit required at 
the time of booking and three week out cancellation for full refund. 
If cancelled inside of 3 weeks prior to arrival one nights deposit
