townhouse.  It is nicely appointed and comfortable throughout.  There 
are 1 and 1/2 bathrooms, the kitchen is very well equipped, separate 
dining area, and an open living room that is bright with sunshine due to 
the many windows.  The wrap around deck is perfect for relaxing or 
eating dinner outside and enjoying the garden views. Come and enjoy the 
ambience of Provincetown.

Amenities include a peak of the bay, deck/porch with outdoor furniture 
and a BBQ-grill, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, TV, DVD/VCR.  This 
unit includes towels and bed linens. Please bring your own beach towels. 
Parking for 2 cars right in front of the unit.

A short walk to town (3/10 mile to town hall) will bring you to shops 
and restaurants.  Herring Cove is only 1.5 miles away.   

We offer discounted rates in the months of June and September.  June 
15 to September 15 is considered "in" season.  There is a 7 night 
minimum stay during July and August and 3 night minimum stay 
otherwise.  One half the rent is due within 7 days to confirm the 
reservation.  A refundable security deposit and balance are due 6 
weeks prior to arrival. 

CANCELLATION POLICY - In situations where less than one month’s notice 
is given for cancellation, money will be returned if and when the unit 
is re-rented.  Refund of money will be given if greater than one 
month’s notice of cancellation is given.
