retreat/lodge with over 1650 sf. of wrap-around decking, located in
the Great Smoky Mountains of Western North Carolina.

There are several lakes, rivers, and mountain streams nearby,
including the Nantahala Gorge and Ocoee River to enjoy whitewater
rafting. Lake Nottely is located just minutes away for skiing,
boating, swimming, and fishing. Fly-fishing opportunities abound.
There are numerous hiking trails including the Appalachian and
Bartram Trails, and the Joyce Kilmer National Forest, which contains
the largest stand of virgin trees in the Eastern United States.
The 40 mile Cherohala Skyway crosses from North Carolina to
Tennessee, passing crystal-clear rivers, climbing to breathtaking
scenic overlooks and skirting the shoreline of a beautiful North
Carolina mountain lake.
Other places to visit include the John C. Campbell Folk School, known
for its folk dancing and instruction of traditional mountain skills.
Within a short driving distance is the Cherokee Indian Reservation,
famous for its historical drama "Unto These Hills," and the Great
Smoky Mountain Railway.
Murphy offers the advantage of a closely knit community, as well as
the proximity to larger metropolitan areas. Major cities include
Atlanta, Chattanooga, Knoxville, Asheville and Greenville located
within 150 miles. High speed internet access is available FREE at the
Murphy Public Library.

December thru March .. $700/week (1 week minimum).
Save $50 for each weekly stay beyond your first week.
$250 Deposit due at time of booking. Refundable with 6 weeks notice.
$250 Security Deposit due at time of booking, refundable after
departure and inspection of property.
Rates are for 2-4 adults.
Please add $50/week for each added guest.
Rental is Saturday to Saturday. Check-in time 3 PM. Check-out time 10
AM
$75 Cleaning Charge.
