Upstairs:
BedRoom #1 is 23x15 feet and has an attached master bathroom and a 
king 
size bed.
BedRoom #2 is 15x12 feet and has a queen size bed.
BedRoom #3 is 15x11 feet and has a double; There is a door connecting 
to 
room #2.
BedRoom #4 is 13x13 and has a double bed.

  There are two other sleeping/resting rooms that are not totally 
private. One of them requires
passing through to get to the bathrooms. The other room has half walls 
and is at the top of the rear stairway.
Typically these rooms are used for children or single persons.

 All these bedrooms, sleeping/resting rooms and both full bathrooms  
are 
upstairs.
 The master bath has a jet/whirlpool tub-shower and 2 sinks.
The other bath has a shower and one sink. Both baths are new and have 
beautiful tiled showers and counter tops with custom oak cabinetry.

Downstairs:
We have a 15x23 living room with a large couch, fireplace, grand piano 
and 3 large club chairs. 
The 2 doors to this room can be closed for privacy.

1/2 bathroom with new tiles and oak cabinets.

   The kitchen, dinning room and den are an open plan design.
Outside the kitchen is a patio with tables, chairs and umbrellas, 
seating for 12 -15
. Off of the 
patio is our large in-ground pool, beside which is a second table 
and chairs. 
Beside the pool is a canopy -covered area that has a bar 
(not 
stocked) as well as some chairs and tables.

The entire house sleeps up to 10 people in private bedrooms. The 
sleeping/resting rooms have room to sleep 4 children or persons not 
requiring 
total privacy.

The den and living room contain comfortable couches each suitable for 
sleeping one tall adult. In addition the downstairs office has a 
double 
futon and the 2 doors can be closed for privacy.

10-15 minute drive from The house.

The house is within 5 minute's walking distance to 4 taverns, 7 
restaurants, golf course, antique shops, drugstore, post office, and a 
grocery store.

There are also many beautiful state parks, Cayuga Lake, dramatic 
waterfalls, hiking trails, and wineries within a 10-25 min. drive.

Downtown Ithaca, Cornell University, and Ithaca College are all within 
15 minutes of Trumansburg.

We require a 3 nights minimum stay ----- $1800 
for up to 12 adults. Please add $25.00 per adult per night 
above 12 guests.
The price for the entire house for one week is ----- $3,000-$3,500
 for up to 12 adults. Please add $25.00 per adult per night 
above 12 guests.
