The interior spreaks of old style with 4 panel doors, old key locks, 
exposed beams and wood plank floors, yet offers forced air heat, 
full expanded cable with 2 TV's (36" flat screen in LR & 27" in 
master) DVD, VCR and HIGH SPEED internet. Gas BBQ. New 6 person 
hottub.

Fish and jet boat on the world famous Rogue River, or fish on 7 
total area rivers. Golf at Cedar Bend only 2 minutes away, or at one 
of the top 5 listed golf courses at Bandon Dunes only 45 minutes to 
the north, or golf at Salmon Run 40 minutes to the south in 
Brookings. Jet service within 1 hour as well as 4 casinos within 1.5 
hours.  Beachcomb for miles and miles without anyone else on the 
beach. 7 mile long beach within 2 minutes of the house. Hike & 
explore Humbug Mt. State Park, as well as Cape Blanco, the western 
most point in the lower 48 states.

Also recognized as one of the best bird watching areas on the South 
Oregon coast with the fresh and salt water marshes that are by the 
home. Watch the herd of over 100 Roosevelt elk visit the pasture 
below. Numerous area hiking trails and parks.

Port Orford and Bandon-by-the-Sea.
