the trolley from the pier and ride into the shopping and boat docking
district just 3 minutes away.

Grand Haven. 

3 bedrooms and a full bathroom on the main floor. The basement is
finished with a family room and full bathroom. Laundry room is also 
in
the basement. The kitchen is fully furnished including microwave.
There is a one car garage with additional parking in the driveway and
on the street in front. Cable tv included.

A block away from an elementary school playground. 3 blocks from a
hiking and nature park. One half mile to the beach. One mile to
downtown shopping, restaurants, musical fountain, coast guard
facility, YMCA family center (weekly rates available) with a 
wonderful
workout facility. 2 bikes for your use in the garage and a gas grill
for outdoor cooking.

Summer rates are $700 per week. Half is due to reserve your stay and
is non-refundable. The balance is due a month before your arrival. If
you book within a month of your stay, payment in full is requested.
The week of The Coast Guard Festival (July 28-Aug 4) rent is $1000.
We rent from noon on Saturday to noon on Saturday, and renters are
asked to leave the house as clean and neat as they found it.
