studio condos suites provide elegant accommodations in a fine 
coastal lifestyle. All boast kitchens, plush Queen beds with quality 
linens and a delightful,comfortable living/dining area. Each has an 
immaculate tub/shower combo bath. 4 offer washer/dryers, 3 have 
private screened garden porches with tennis court, marina, or lake

ceiling fans, & high speed wireless internet. Daily housekeeping &

POLICIES: A deposit equal to one half(condo rate + tax secured by
VISA/MC/DISC/AMX)of your stay is required for a reservation. The
deposit is refundable provided cancellation
is made no later than 15 days prior to your arrival. All 
cancellations are subject to a $35 Processing Fee.(Any deposit of 
$500 or more will be charged a cancellation fee of 5%) Balance is 
due on Check In date. Guests are responsible for all nights reserved 
regardless of late arrival or early departure. SINGLE 
NIGHTS/SPECIALS/PACKAGES are paid for in full at time of 
reservation. Discounts do not apply to one night stays. 
Discounts/Specials/Packages may not be combined. Pets are dogs/cats 
ONLY with 2 maximum allowed. There is a non-refundable 'pet fee' of 
$20/nt per pet.
