One bedroom condo in quiet and cozy 10 unit complex.  Right on
beautiful Mirror Lake in Whitefield NH.  Not far from Franconia Notch
or Littleton/Bethlehem area.  Under 3 hrs from Boston, 1.5 hours from
Concord.  

Clean, fully furnished condo unit.  Bedroom, living room, fully
equipped kitchen, 3/4 bath, deck, BBQ Grill.
TV, VCR, Cable, radio/CD player.

Sleeps 4+ with double bed and fouton couch, plus an air bed or cot for
the kids.

There is swimming, canoeing, or kayaking right out your back door.
Smallish sand beach area where the kids can play and you can relax
with a good book. Canoe available for use, or bring your own kayak. 
Tie up or swim off the dock, or just sit on the deck and relax.

This is a small and very friendly group, there is often an evening
campfire where you can sit around and chat with the other guests.

Located in the White Mountains region, it is near hiking, biking,
fishing & just about any other summer activity you could want.  Not
far from Mt Washington with all its scenic views and trails.
It is right down the road from the Mountain View Grand Resort, which
has an 18 hole golf course and available fine dining.

Summer Season:
$350-400 weekly rental.  Saturday thru Saturday.
Monthly or multi-week discounted rates, inquire for details.

Some shorter stays and 2-3 day weekends are available. $60-75 per night

Foliage Season:
$300 weekly rental.  Saturday thru Saturday.
$60/night

Winter Season:
Inquire for Ski & Snowmobile weekend rates, or will consider full
season rental/shares.
