wineries, art galleries and museums.  A private resort catering to 
families and those looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of 
city life.  Children love to fish off our dock; Avid fisherman: 
Clear Lake was rated by ESPN as one of the top lakes for taking BIG 
bass.  

Fully furnished 3 BR 2 BA cottages with a complete kitchen setup; 
BBQ supplies and all linens, towells and bedding. TV with VCR and 
DVD player.  Small video library; rec room with a pool table and 
large table and chairs for family games or cards,for our guests to 
enjoy.  Sit around the fire at night and enjoy the sites and sounds 
of the lake.  Dock and pier for your boat and fishing; water 
activities and lawn with lounges to enjoy the sunshine and keep an 
eye on the family. Dining, siteseeing, golf, tennis and other points 
of interest nearby.  Like Jazz?  Mosey over to the Blues Cafe for a 
Gospel Brunch on Sunday.

Several local wineries are within easy driving distance for great 
flavors from Lake County winemakers - Try the Pear Champagne!; 
museums and antiques abound in this historic area; tour the live 
volcano; horseback riding; Konocti Harbor Resort for dining and 
dancing, and where live concerts abound; tour the lake on a ferry 
from the historic city of Nice; plan to attend the Lakeport fair or 
the Kelseyville Pear Festival.  Or just enjoy the sites and sounds 
of the lake by bike or hike.  Several Casinos to enjoy a chance to 
beat Lady Luck. Sound like too much work?  Then just enjoy the water 
and relax in the sun. 

Our rates are base on occupancy - 2 people per night = $225; 4 
people per night = $250.  Weekly rates are 7 days for the price of 6 
or $1,500 to $1,800.  Winter rates begin October 1, 2006.  Rates are 
$175 per night up to 4 people. Summer rates begin May 1, 2006.

While this is a privately owned resort and there are individual 
cottage owners, we encourage family reunions and several families 
getting together to spend vacation time together.
